Knives dropped off by 5 PM on Wednesday, February 11th will be sharpened within 24 hours of drop off. Knives dropped off after 5 PM on Wednesday, February 11th will be sharpened when the shop re-opens and ready for pickup on Monday, February 23rd.
Everyone enjoys using a sharp knife. But few have the time, skill, or tools to keep their knives performing at their best. We'd like to help with that!
We offer contactless drop-off and pickup at our shop on the northwestern corner of Mercer Island. Leave your knives in a secure locker and we'll contact you to pick them up when they're ready (never more than 24 hours!).
Giving Back
Edge of the Wedge donates 5% of proceeds to Breakthrough T1D (Greater Northwest). It is personal to us: Clara, our co-owner, lives with Type 1 diabetes and is a Youth Ambassador for the chapter.
