Knives dropped off on Saturday and Sunday, August 8th and 9th, will be sharpened within 24 hours of drop off. Knives dropped off August 10th through 16th will be sharpened when the shop re-opens on August 17th.

Drop off anytime in a secure locker on Mercer Island. Most kitchen knives are $9, orders are ready within 24 hours, and we'll text or email when your knives are ready for pickup.
