Visit the Shop
We offer contactless drop-off and pickup at our shop on the northwestern corner of Mercer Island. Leave your knives in a secure locker and we'll contact you to pick them up when they're ready.
- Leave your knives in any locker with an available key. Check in using the QR code, NFC chip, or by going to lockers.edgeofthewedge.com. Lock the padlock and take the key with you.
- When your knives are ready to be picked up (always 24 hours or less), they'll be returned to the same locker that you left them in. You'll get an email or text letting you know they're ready.
- Return at a time that is convenient for you, using the key you kept to access your knives. Lock the padlock and leave the key hanging on the hook for the next customer.

I am ready to bring my knives in. What's your address?
When you place your order online, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes directions to the shop and additional drop off instructions. Don't see an email? Check your junk mail folder.
Can I drop them off at ____ time?
With our locker system, you can drop your knives off whenever it is convenient for you. No need to confirm that the shop is open or coordinate a time when we will be here. Same things goes when your knives are ready for pickup... come by whenever is convenient for you.
When bringing to the shop, do I need to bring them in a knife block or otherwise package my knives?
How you transport them to the shop is up to you, but we prefer that you leave the knives in a locker without any additional packaging. The lockers feature wood slots to keep them organized and protect the blades. If you bring them in a knife block, for instance, simply keep the block in your car so that you have a convenient way to transport them home after you pick them up.
My garden tool is too large to fit in a locker. What should I do with it?
You can leave it leaning against the wall. Send us a text to let us know it has been dropped off, and it won't sit there long.
How do you know which knives are mine?
We have a new checkin system when you drop off. Use the QR code or NFC chip to navigate to lockers.edgeofthewedge.com and complete the check in process using the web app. We have Post-It notes and pens in each locker, just in case!
I placed my order and am ready to bring them in, but I don't seen an email.
Check your spam folder. Gmail, in particular, is rough on automated emails.
